Home Comfort Maintenance Plans

• Bronze Plan – covers an annual cleaning, priority service during normal business hours and discounts on new tanks and heating system replacement
• Silver Plan– all the benefits of the Bronze Plan plus one no-cost service call and a discount on labor for future services
• Gold Plan– all the benefits of the Silver Plan plus three no-cost service calls and a discount on labor for future services

• Cleaning and 15-point inspection on the heating unit and storage tank
• Priority service for a no heat situation during normal business hours
• 24/7 labor coverage during weekends, holidays, and after hours
• Nozzle, filter, and strainer included at no cost
• Additional units coverage (parts may be additional)
• Discount on parts: stack relay, primary control, oil burner coupler, fan control board, cad cell eye and holder, single stage oil pump, oil burner transformer, electrodes and leads, limit control, draft regulator, manual T-stats, burner fan, blast tube end cone, in line oil valve, burner air tube, step down transformer, oil filter assembly, fan control, and tank vial
• Discount on boiler parts: aquastat, circulator, pressure relief valve, pressure reducing valve, filltrol/extrol tank, zone control valves
• Additional service call(s) per unit at no additional cost for repair/replacement of parts listed above
• Discount on labor for repairs after no cost service calls
• Discount for new oil tank installed by Southern States
• Discount for complete heating system replacement (including boilers)
