Responsibilities :
- Apply web/computer based technologies and interactions to appeal to learners in different ways, balancing learner needs against organizational needs and/or company goals
- Write, script, storyboard, produce graphics program and web-based training content
- Analyze input of SME's to develop and modify instructional material
- Identify user needs, analyze and logically organize complex technical information and transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective programs
