By joining My Southern States Rewards, you earn points on all your qualifying purchases, and you’ll earn a $5 credit every time you reach 500 points.
Sign up for free at any participating Southern States location — just ask an associate at checkout to get started. You’ll need to provide your name, email address, phone number and birthday to take full advantage of the program.
Any customer who purchases qualifying items is eligible to join.Â
You earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying in-store purchases.
Points cannot be earned on bulk products (seed, feed, fertilizer, energy), deliveries, select production agricultural or commercial products and services, previous purchases, gift cards and prepay accounts. Commercial customers with contract or large-volume pricing may not be eligible for rewards.
To ensure your purchase earns rewards points, let your cashier know you’re a My Southern States Rewards member and provide your telephone number at checkout.
Once you reach 500 points, a $5 credit will automatically be issued to your in-store account — no coupons or codes required — and you’ll receive an email letting you know you have a reward available. Each reward must be redeemed for the full amount.
If you provided your birthdate at sign-up, a $5 reward is automatically issued to your account on your birthday each year, no coupons or codes required. You’ll receive an email letting you know your reward is available.
When you pick up the items you ordered online, ask the cashier to link your rewards account to your online purchase to earn your points.
Rewards are valid at company-owned Southern States locations. You may find a list of participating locations here.
Points remain active as long as there is account activity within a 12-month period.
Points are generally not issued on previous purchases, but if you made a purchase that wasn’t linked to your account, bring in your receipt and speak with a manager to have your points added to your account.
Points are removed from your points balance when purchases are returned.
You may set up a My Southern States account, update your preferences, view your purchase history and statements, manage electronic payments, view your loyalty status and more!Â
For new portal users, you will need a valid email address and a recent Southern States receipt or invoice to set up access. Follow these instructions.
