He grew up on a small family farm with cattle, hogs, row crops and tobacco. Kevin attended North Carolina State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in ag systems technology.

Agronomy Sales Manager – Russell grew up on a family farm in Mt. Olive and currently farms a small acreage of corn and soybeans. He has worked in the farm industry for over 18 years, having worked for Southern States for over 18 years and Nutrien Ag Solutions for 5 years. Russell is very passionate about preserving and protecting farm land from development and believes it's critical that we protect the land for future production of food and fiber.

He holds a degree in business administration from Catawba College and was involved in FFA in high school, serving on the local high school FFA alumni council. As an adolescent, Aubrey showed livestock and horses on the national level.

Territory Sales Manager – Doug was raised on a 4-acre hay production operation before heading off to Virginia Tech University to get his degree in agriculture education. He was an agriculture education teacher for four years, and managed a large farming operation for 9 years before coming to Southern States. He’s a member of the Farm Bureau and the American Society of Agronomy. He’s worked for Southern States for over 22 years, specializing in agronomy, including seed, fertilizer, crop protectants and precision agriculture.
