You’re automatically enrolled in the My Southern States Ag Rewards Program once you’ve purchased $7,500 of eligible products from Southern States. You start earning points right away and we will update you on your progress and earnings.
Access your unique dashboard. We’ll keep you updated on your points balance and other program information through a personalized dashboard. You’ll receive a text message with a link to access your dashboard. If you have not received a text message, please contact your Southern States Agronomy Specialist today.
For new customers to start earning points, you must purchase $7,500 total of eligible products in any segment(s) to qualify for Bronze since July 1, 2025. For enrolled existing customers, you will start at the tier you ended at the previous program period. The My Southern States Ag Rewards Program is subject to the program terms and conditions. Points are earned based on purchases of eligible products and current tier rates. Rates subject to change at any time. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to previous purchases and are subject to expiration.

Each month, you’ll receive a text message that lets you know how many points you’ve earned and your current balance. You can also ask your Southern States Agronomy Specialist for an update whenever you need.
Redeeming your points is simple. When you’re ready to make a purchase, just let your Southern States Agronomy Specialist know you’d like to apply your points toward your order. Your points will be applied as a form of payment, reducing your cost on the spot.
